Retention of Your Personal Data

Retention periods by category:

  • User Accounts: retained for the duration of your account relationship plus up to 24 months after account closure.
  • Support tickets and correspondence: up to 24 months from ticket closure.
  • Chat transcripts: up to 24 months for quality assurance.
  • Website analytics data (cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers): up to 24 months from collection.
  • Server logs (IP addresses, access times): up to 24 months for security and troubleshooting.

We may retain data beyond these periods where required by legal obligation, for legal claims, at Your explicit request, or due to technical limitations of backup systems scheduled for routine deletion.

When retention periods expire, We securely delete or anonymise Personal Data. Residual copies in encrypted backups are not restored except for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance purposes.
